1、 The flow rate is too high ----- the purity and flow rate of the nitrogen generator originally customized will decrease if the flow rate is adjusted higher, and the purity will also increase when the flow rate is low. It is suggested that the flow rate should not be adjusted by yourself, and the requirements are instructed by professionals.

2、 Carbon molecular sieve expired: if the nitrogen generator is used for a long time, the quality of carbon molecular sieve will become poor, and the purity of nitrogen produced will be low. Therefore, the carbon molecular sieve needs to be replaced, and the purity can be recovered.

3、 Solenoid valve fault --- solenoid valve is the first to control the adsorption principle, solenoid valve fault can lead to insufficient gas production, purity reduction and other reasons.
